This is a Bieber Fever, Its a mixture of Justin Bieber and a thermometer. Crazy fans of Justin Bieber, such as myself. We say we have "bieber fever" because we are crazy for Justin Bieber. I used the lasso tool, and alot of other tools.

You should make the arms a better color it just looks werid the way it is.
